philippines is not included in paypal service..

People from the Philippines can still receive money from fellow paypal users. This way your mylot activities aren't wasted. ;-) If you really need the full service you could found ( not find... lol :P) an American LLC, a limited liability company, that way you can open an American business paypal account. ;-) Smart or smart?
