Top 5 foods causing cancer
1. Red Hotdogs
2. Bacon
3. French fries (frozen)
4. Donuts
5. Cookies, chips, and crackers
Because of high in NITRATES. According to Cancer prevention Coalition. Saturated Fats in bacon also contributes to cancer.
You? Do you know any food that will cause to cancer?

yes. those are the top 5 cancer-causing foods. Even I those are my favorite but i need to limit because i don't want to have a cancer.

Barbeque can cause cancer when overcook, the black part is not advisable to eat. Same with Fried foods with cooking oil high in percent free fatty acids. If I'm not mistaken nitrates are used for food preservation, in other word it is widely used in processed foods as preservatives.
Try to read food labels in processed foods specially canned goods, if it contains high nitrates then we should avoid these kind of foods.

yes that's true. And we should avoid using cooking oil for several times. Advisable is 1-2times only.
