How do you get your 64 ounces of water in a day? I have a new method. I used to use bottled water and that worked great. I just carried four bottles for the day with me. Now I am cutting back on money and use tap water instead. It just doesn't work for me as well. But, I really like this new cranberry juice drink from Ocean Spray. I drink it and then refill the bottle several times. It's a 10 ounce bottle so over the course of the day I can usually get quite a bit. It works well because I can own the whole thing at once. What do you do to make sure you are getting enough liquids?

I do look to it that I have enough water during the whole day and look to it that I am carrying water bottle with me and have water whenever possible. If I dont have water in my bottle then I opt for sugarcane water as it is the best kind of liquid I find in my place an there are no side effects of it and I like it very much and have twice in a week.I think I drink much more than 64 ounces of water.

I haven't ever had sugar cane water. I know when I put anything in my water I can drink more. I really like lemons or lime in my water. I always drink more when I put a slice of either one in a container with water. It's best if it sets for a little while too. The fruit flavors the water more thoroughly!

I know I feel better all around when I drink enough water. IT's just difficult to accomplish for some strange reason. I don't drink sodas. I might have one every once in awhile. Now I do like sports drinks, but because of the sugar content I try to stay away from those as well!

I don't drink enough water and I know that I should. I am a soda person. I know-I know!! That is the worst thing I can do! We have a water cooler in our office, so I am trying to wean off the Pepsi and drink more water. Do you have a Britta? That may be cheaper than the cranberry drink. But then again, cranberries are to be very good for you so you are getting two good things for the price of one. What is the calorie content on the juice? That may be something I need to look at. Thank you for sharing! Happy mylotting!!

It's about 150 calories. It's made with cane sugar, not processed or high fructose sugars! It's by Ocean spray. Haven't tried Britta.

Good idea no doubt friend, here in my home we use tape water and next process it with a high quality water purifier, this remove not only dirt, dust but kills germs in water and makes that totally safe, so no need to buy bottled stuff..
Thanks for sharing.
Welcome always, cheers.
