Accessing (not opening) paypal account within restricted countries

I have a question which I already asked the paypal support team before. But I didn't get my answer. I even tried to clarify my question more for them with no success. My question is:
I opened a paypal account and was using it for a year. Now I want to travel to a restricted country. What will happen if I try to access my account there? From their response even moving to another allowed country may be risky and I should resubmit some documents.
I don't know if my account will be suspended and the money will be gone? Or just approving my new place is enough. It would be aperaciated if some friend can help me.
Happy mylotting!

that is fine, as long as you did not open the account on the restricted country (of course, paypal will not allow that since it is restricted, hehe) you can use your account, besides your just going to use the internet connection on the restricted country right? they will not ban your account unless there'll any suspicious or bad remarks happened to your account that may force them to restrict your account,

What will happen exactly if I try to open it in such countries if they will not ban it?
Do you have any suggestion or sulotion for me how to use my account in the period I will be there?

Don't worry, they won't ban your account for that reason. I have a friend who is studying over sea and of course he has a paypal account, he uses it here and there for years but nothing has happened with his account so far.

Thank you for your comment. May you give me more details? Is his/her account validated? Should he/she submit some documents every time moving to another place? Did he/she use the account in a restricted country as well (e.g. Pakistan, Iran, Libia,...)?
Actulaay I dont know if the country is restricted our the people. I mean even a person citizen of an allowed country cant access his account within restricted countries?
