I don't think Jillsclickcorner.com is a scam

I just reached my minimum payout from jillsclickcorner.com last night, after I finished a couple of sign up offers from there. I request payout last night, this morning I got my payment from paypal already. So, since they paid me, I think that they are scam site right? Although through PTC investigation, it is under the watch list, and there were many people complained they didn't get paid, it was too much controversial for me to believe or not. At first I was on doubt, but now, I felt like I should continue with it. Does anyone also get paid through jillsclickcorner?
