who cut your hair?

Would you spend $15 to $20 in a barber shop to get your hair cut? Or would you rather let your parents or spouse do that job for you; even though it won't be satisfied as you will get from the barbershop? It is all about money saving, and cut the expenses everyday. I won't mind to let my parents cut my hair. I would tell them do their best. At least I could spend less $15 - $20. Would you do the same?

If my mom or other relatives know how to cut hair stylish and/or straightly I would just let them cut my hair to save money... But I would not spend that much. Here in my counrty, there are cheap barber shop that cut hair for less than a dollar but not lower than 60cents... And they cut hair good!

Recently, I told my hubby to let me cut his hair, but he won't let me do it haha... I have never done it before actually, but his hair is getting longer and I find it quite messy! Anyway, I agree with you that we can save more by cutting our own hair, but of course, we don't want to look funny with our new hair style! So, if my hubby can do a better job in styling my hair, I won't mind letting him do it, though.

Haha...I was just back from barber's. I cost RMB300 to have my hair cut and dyed. Though it's a little expensive, I don't want to do it at home. Only when I was a child, my mother cut my hair. But she haven't done it from my primary school days.

I have cut my own hair for over 25 years, and I've saved around $6000.00. It always bothered me to be bald and have to pay full price for a haircut. I bought a hair clipper and at the time didn't realize what a Great investment it would be. It took some time to learn to move the clipper while watching myself in a mirror. But soon I was clipping all my remaining hair and doing a real good job. Another bonus is that I never have to wait in line for a haircut.

I cut my own hair. In fact, I just did recently. But I'm seeing first-hand the downsides of doing this. At least when you go get it done professionally, you don't have to worry about all of the back-lash that comes with cutting your own hair or having someone who doesn't really know what they're doing do it. Crookedness, no style, not being cut at the right angle, and so on are all things that I kind of did to my own hair. . (It's not that bad, don't worry lol).

I just wonder how do you do that. You cut your own hair instead of relying on the hand of someone else who can see better? I can shave my hair in front of a mirror, but I won't dare to do it myself though.

Hello there! 15 to 20 dollars for just a haircut? That was really expensive. The cost for a haircut on barber shops here is a dollar or less. But I don't have to spend because I have a friend who knows how to trim and he does it for free because it is just a part of practice but it is done well. You heard it right, it's free so I save money for a haircut. Have a nice day!

Hey friend? I can't imagine that the cost of hair cut in other country was really high but here in our place in the Philippines it's just about 45pesos with free massage after the hair cut. Yeah when you have a friend know how to cut hair? It's better to go there because in that case you can able to show your trust to your friend. By the way, your friend that you are talking was really a good barber because i already been there and ask for a trim cut. Then he gave it for free.

its not that often that i need to cut my hair, maybe every 3 to 4 months depending on how my hair grows....so i go to the parlor for cutting... but sometimes i need a trim to give my hair body and style, so i also go to my favorite haircutter. but if i have a tight budget i sometimes try to trim my hair myself...

a part of my body that i care the most is my hair. So i don't want anything that could ruin it. i usually go to a parlor so someone professional will cut it. I don't want to be having regrets if i don't like the cut of my hair. i mean, it will still grow but it takes time so i really want to be careful when it comes to my hair.

Fortunately it is not at all that expensive going to a parlor in my country. It cost us only $1-$2 here. Though it is cheap. I don't often go to the parlor for a haircut. I usually go when I'm fed up with my current hair do or my hair has gone really long just to avoid split ends. Cutting my hair really depends on my mood. I don't cut my hair on my own if I don't want to end up in a disastrous hairdo.

I have been cutting my own hair for almost 20 years...^ I put all sorts of colours in. I am far more satisfied with cutting it myself than paying someone £16 (GBP) which is the cheapest rate around here. I have no interest in "fashion" or latest styles. The most important thing to me is that my hair is clean and manageable.

i can't cut my hairs on my own, because i'm not so good, so i need to go to a barber shop, i spend 18 € about 30$ every two months. i like to let my hairs a bit long, about 3 - 4 - 5 centimeters, so i can't cut them with a little machine, and i can't cut them with scissors. I like to go there because people are funny, my favourite barber is a strange and i think that is so funny and he cut hairs divinely.

In my case, I get my hair cut by a professional and I don't have to pay even a cent, as in that hairsalon they need people to practice with. I can cut it myself, but if I have the opportunity to get it better done I'm not going to let it go!

There was a moment I tried to cut my own hair, thought that will be easy because I have went to barber shop many times and it costs around $5 (RM10- RM20). Just imagine that if you can having a hair cut yourself, it can help to save some money. During my hair cut, I always keep my eyes on the barber when they cut my hair, I try to learn some cutting skill from them...and then I started to cut my on hair...guess what? That was terrible! I'm totally mess up everything...every time I try adjust and make my hair cut better...it makes my hair shorter..Haha...then end up I bought a electric hair trimmer and cut off all my hair until very short. That was terrible experience...I applauded to those who can cut their own hair. For me that will be impossible. Who cut my hair? Definitely will be those professional barber shop!
