Does utilbux pays?

Hi everyone, I am a member of utilbux and I daily click the ads given by them. Yesterday I reached the minimum payout (2$) and trying to cashout the money. But whenever try to cashout a message appears saying "Sorry, Please try again later". I did it several times but nothing happened. Please tell me whether it really pays if not then I'll not click further advertisements.
