My blog was deleted and restored again at blogger

Hello all, I just went through a big trouble. I have my personal blog hosted by google blogger. Suddenly, yesterday they somewhy deleted my blog claiming that its violating their toc. I , then, signed in to my blogger account and sent a request to them for reviewing my blog. Today , again, they just gave my blog online back. Do, you know why this happened and is it normal or I am doing really anything wrong? I am not understanding why they deleted and gave me back?
