waiting for an announcement - retrenchment pay announcement

they told us last year we are going to be retrenched, til now we are in the middle of january, still there is no announcement of retrenchment. i want to move-on but because im also interested in our retrenchment pay this is why i cant apply ahead. i still do not know til when i shall be in this company.

So you are excited in the retrenchment order because of the pay you will get from the company. That is a rare case, most people hate retrenchment because it will only mean new effort to look for another job and to start a new again.Good lack anyway.

hi there, there is no choice but to accept retrenchment since the company did not do well, yes its tiring to look for another job and start again but we have no choice. thanks for the advise though. =)
