How close are you with your mother?

As a young girl, I was very close to my mother but then fate wasn't so kind and my mother died too young at the age of 46. It's already more than twenty years since mother died yet I could still remember how she used to comb my hair and sang songs with us. She was a very conservative woman with too much concern for our future. she taught me and my sisters to do a lot of things because according to her, a woman must be very responsible once she becomes a mother and a wife.
Looking back, I feel sad thinking that mother did not live long to see my son. If she were only alive, we would have been closer than before.

Hello,Masmasika.Thank you very much for your sharing.I am so grateful that my mon is still with me now.You know when I was in my adolescence I had a bad relationship wiht my mon,fortunately,but we are good now,and we become friends even be closer than before.I am studing far from my home now,but we talk on telephone every weekend.We love each oher so much.I hope my mon can see my son or daughter one day.May god bless her.

As you grow older you will realize how important a mother is especially if you have children. I'm glad you are now in good terms with your mother.

My mother is everything for me, she is my happiness. If she is sad i will also be sad, if she is happy, the same feeling for me. Now i understand since im pregnant now, how much struggle she was, when she got pregnant..feeling tired everyday, everynight she cant sleep....and so much difficulty she faced.
Mother is the best friend for me....Im so much close with my mom, eventhough now im far way country from her..but in my heart..she is the one....

Sad to hear that story Masmasika, but I am sure your mom must have been proud of you as her daughter. Well me and my mom were also close to each other. We have a good bonding and special closeness just like other mother daughter here who are also close to their moms.
We used to wear same color of clothes when we go outside with my dad and brother. We always are a team together. My mom always share to me her cooking techniques and I also am swapping my recipes with her. We do groceries and shopping to malls together. But I usually learn more from my mom. It is true that the love of a mother is truly incomparable. So we better love and care for our moms while they are still with us.
I only get to see my mom during my vacation to my country. Ever since I got married, I live with my foreign husband. But I see to it that I talk to my parents online and we had a really nice time talking.

hi! I'm also a girl.I'm close to my mother and my father. In other word, we are friends.when I go to college,I call them everyday.I fell so happy with them.So I hope that they can keep health forever.At the same time,I hope that you have happiness belongs to you.
