Is Phyllis Newman Really Sheila Carter?

I have wondered that all along. I think that it would make a great storyline and it would really put a spin on things. I would like to see Y&R do something to seperate Nick and Phyllis and allow him to be with Sharon. I think that Daisy and Ryder as being used to take the fall for Sarah. It is sad that their own aunt would allow that to happen.

I do not care for Phyllis and hope she is not Sheila. I think that the look alike in prison that we though was Sheila and later the writers said was not will turn out to have been Sheila all alone. It is taking the writers a long time to let us see who it is so I do not think they are sure who they want to make it and having Lauren and Micheal talk about Sheila will throw us off the track.

That convo between Lauren and Phyllis was excellent. It really made doubt for that split second if Phyllis was really Phyllis. It's fun to think about the possibility. If they actually DID that storyline, though, I'd be really disappointed. That's the equivalent of throwing years of the show into the wastebasket...all the stories that Phyllis has been involved in totally change because it wasn't really Phyllis at all. It beggars belief that Sheila could have played Phyllis to such perfection for so long.

I hope they do not do that. Phyllis can be a pain at times, but to compare her to Sheila would be an insult. I think for Lauren's sake this should not happen. Lauren has gone through so much lately that I feel she does not need the aggrivation of Sheila. It is bad enough that Lauren has hired Daisy and that Daisy is related to Sheila. Daisy is nothing but trouble and I hope she gets caught for starting the fire at Sharon's place.

I heard that conversation between Lauren and Phylis yesterday too and for a split second they sucked me in, but there is no way Phylis/sheila could have pulled it off all this time. And the day of the rats and the calls from "momma bear" wasn't Phylis at th party with Lauren? That would mean we would have to believe that Phylis was the one pulling the strings on Daisy and Ryder. I would hate to think of how that could effect Summer and Daniel..but it might be fun if Lauren convinced herself it were true. For awhile.. It is soap land, where they manipulate time and hstory all the time..I turned on Bold and the Beautiful yesterday to see what was going on and Hope..who should be like 7..is a curvy teenage blonde with a smart mouth!
