How to get Direct Referrals in PTC Sites Like Neobux ??

Hey....I have'nt any referral in any of my PTC sites. Anyone plz help me. How I can get Direct Referrals..... Is Advertising on GPT Sites work?? I think you get referrals by GPT sites but referrals don't click on ads after signup when they got payment by GPTs.........Anyone knows any other method to get Direct Referrals ??
