Are you satisfied with the customer care services ?????

We are living a modern life , thanks to the advancement of science and Technology.
Years back most of the time we were in one or the other queue to get it done some work. Now a days most of the sales and services have the customer care or help desk. But what I noticed atleast in India those who are manning the customer care does not have the knowledge about the product or service they are offering. In most cases the customer are fooled by the so called customer care. If the customer are not so careful they will be cheated by these cares.I am one of many victims of this customer care. I am a customer of atleast half a dozen services and I am not satisfied with their services. I have bitter experience from Reliance,ICICI Lombard, BSNL etc...etc

absolutely i agree to you 100%.i too had bitter experiences with many of such companies customer care services. they have poor knowledge of their products and simply try to fool the customers.i did complained to few of these companies who gave me hard time but not much came up. in our country nobody bothers about quality so they too give a damn on training their employees for better service, when they can easily carry their business with less aware customers ready to take whatever crap they offer you for cheap.
