What's your experience with Toluna?

I used to do surveys for anothe site that was taken over by Toluna. The chaanges started gradually. First you needed to reach $10 to get paid, then they made it $20. It took me awhile but I reached the point total for $20 and asked for a check. I'm still waiting for the check. More recently, I went to the site and found hat although I could log, my points (for about $5) were gone. When I tried to do a short survey, they said I needed to "complete my profile". To my knowledge my profile WAS complete. It was complete enough for them to owe me $20. Bweisde that, there are no instructions as to how to "complete my profile". Has anyone had the sam problems here?

I love the site. Now you can get paid thru paypal. I just put in for my first payout. Once you complete your own interest surveys you will get a 2,000 point bonus. I find it easy and fun to use. Try it again - I am sure you will get the hang of it.

You didn't read my post. I HAVE been using the site. They made my points disappear and did not give me a reason. They also owe me a $20 check.
