Would you prefer to know your future or not?

yes sometimes i want to know what will happen to me in the future. I am a very curios person. although i know that these things might not happen since these are probably things that could happen but in the end it's all up to me but i want to know anyway. I haven't tried personally going to a psychic but have been taking online quizzes and chat to online people who can predict tarots and such haha but none of them really explains the future for me their readings are confusing haha. Sometimes its just numbers etc. Can your friend really read fortunes? can she read one for me even if it is online :)

Nope, I never put my future to fortune tellers. No matter how people say how good they are in telling your future. I believe that we and we can only make our future based on what we do in the present.

I really don't want to know my future for it may bother my mind. I hate seeing myself in the future. I'm sure if I'll know my future I will be more conscious on my actions. There is also an advantage if I know my future but it is more sinful act because only God knows what our future be. We really cannot detect where God wants us to be. So I'd better live life day by day and treasure every moments in my life. It would free us from any headaches and fears..

I do not currently go to any psychic readers and, like you, I never plan too. I totally agree with you when you say that you should have your future remain a surprise. Although maybe there is somethings I would like to know. Like yes or no questions. Such as am i going to be rich? or am i going to have a good job. Things like that. Hope this helps.

I don't think it is possible too see your future and even if it was where will all the fun go. I prefer every day to be a surprise and memorable than just waiting for something to happen. Also don't forget all the sci-fi movies and the possible disruption of the time-space continuum... ;)

I personally don't go to any psychic reader nor would i like to know my future because let's take the smallest example: Let's say you want to start your business and you learn that your company will make crazy profits so u jump out of the chair and rush everything without planing your company's development, you might end up crashing your future. To make my point a bit clearer i find that the future, if ever determined, is defined in the moment you try to read it. But try getting your future read two minutes or whatever laps of time you'd like to take after your first reading, it probably might not be the same. Why? because the future is continually changing due to your changing actions. At least this is how i see it, so if i ever had my future read by a psychic, and if he really can read it, i'd like him t stand by my side and read it to me second after second, minute after minute, because every breath you take changes your future.

I think having these sort of readings should not be taken seriously, and what is the fun if you know all that is going to happen. I think future should be mysterious enough to excite the life everyday.

Hi, I want to know my future if I have a chance to know, I think everybody is curious about the future, someone want to know, and someone don't want to know, as you the future would to remained as surprised, but I don't believe the card reading, I don't think they can really tell people what their future like, I wish I could have a mystical mirror, and can see the future, that would be a lot of fun.

Yeah I know some people prefer it that way, for their future to be a surprise. Anyway I don't mind knowing what lies ahead of me, I just hope it isn't something scary or harsh. I think it's better to be informed about the future , I mean at least, one can take the necessary steps to avoid them, if at all it's possible to avoid it.

Same with me, I rather not knowing what my future will be. I agree with you, I also want my future to remain as a surprise. What if we knew about our future and feel very happy about it if it will be good and suddenly it turn out not as were said. You will feel frustrated right. So it is better to leave it that way, not knowing your future. I will be the one who mould my future.

Yes I like to know about the future but not totally, like your sister when I have to take some specific determinations or decisions I go to an astrologer

Hi careguarden, I have different reason for not knowing my fate before hand. I think our mind gets conditioned into looking at only those aspects of any situation, so we start moving in that direction. Suppose the forecaster tells me you'll find the man of your dream, and then comes this handsome guy, who is not the man of my dreams, but because the forecaster said you'll meet somebody like that, I start telling myself - hey this is the man of my dreams, and make a fool of myself of course. ha ha. But it is true in many instances, we orient our thinking as per the forecast, which we may not have done under normal circumstances. :) So I avoid them.

Hello! I do admire people who can truly read the future. But i am not tooo trusting on anyone who can do so. Sometimes the human mind can judge unfairly and we, the seekers of the answers about the future might not be given much truth.Eventhough i am aware of this,in my mind, i still submit myself to anyone i meet who claims to have that gift of seeing things in the future.Some came true and some not. I listen intently but I dont really accept those.Some friends of mine became paranoids and i do not like to be one. It's all how you receive these things actually.Some readings are guides yes, but it's all up to you if you keep them in your heart as well. It might harm you emotionally and mentally. nothing wrong with trying to know it, what is sooo wrong is when you embrace it wholeheartedly and lose dwelling in the present which you need to have focused more on.

It's almost so tempting to go to psychic readers, tarot cards and the like to "guess" what's in the future. I am even fond of zodiacs and horoscopes though I don't believe most of it, sometimes if it just conjures to your own behavior and occurrences in your physical world, there it becomes interesting. Sometimes in social networking sites, there are lots of know-your-future quizzes which are somehow petty in approach. Like guessing when will be your wedding date, when will you get pregnant and all, of course you will raise your brow but its fun! So with regards to the going to the psychic reader, it might be fun to go and have your future read by somebody, actually I believe they have this strong sense that is why they are also inspired to do these business/hobby. For me, if I know someone on the street who would just ask for a fee which is fair enough, then why not?!

Hey careguarden! I'm not really sure if I could deal with knowing what my future holds! I know that most "real psychics" and I do believe in them won't tell you straight out if something really fatal is going to happen to you, but they will get it across to you in some way! I would be too afraid to find out! Especially if it is something that you couldn't change! Would you want to know ahead of time if you were going to die of some terminal illness or a horrific accident if you couldn't change or prevent it! I am reading a book right now written by Sylvia Browne who is a world reknowned Psychic, and it is about dreams! I can barely deal with what she is saying about that!

No, I never prefer to know about my future. If you are gonna identify what your future is all about, then what is the use of living in this world and it looses its meaning and thrill. My friends go to sooth sayers to know about their future but I never do as I have a staunch feeling that no ordinary human should predict our future. Hi No I dont beleive in getting my future read.I feel that it just adds on to new troubles,like I will be very doubtful in terms of everything. I know a few people who catually beleive a lot in all this and can do anything to get the desired outcome. I believe in Que sera sera and that is my life's motto

Of course I do as long as it is a good one-- so that I have something to look forward to in life and give me hope but if it's just bad news then better forget about it.
