What are you're thoughts on the new movie coming out, Lovely Bones ?

I'm really excited to see this movie over the weekend. It definitely is a different type of story... you get drama, action and suspense all in one. I plan on reading the book eventually because I've heard great things about it. I was watching the making of this movie and the director seemed very moved by the storyline, so I'm sure the emotion will feel very real.

I have a friend that read the book and said it was fantastic so I guess I will be going to see this movie.

I've read the book by Alice Lebold. Lebold builds a rich cast of characters and a chilling plot. It was only a matter of time before they made it into a movie. I've seen preveiws and am impressed with the character portraying Susie Salmon, I hope the other characters are close to how I imagined them and that the movie's story doesn't sway too far from that in the book.

I intend to read the book before I see it. I've wanted to read it for quite awhile and now I have an even bigger reason to read it. I have heard that it is amazing and the movie preview looked really good. So, hopefully it will keep true to the book and be good too!
