Is traffic the most stressful experience?

Ive been a bum for quite sometime and im missing some outside life social or anything. I remember when im going at school. Experiencing traffic and all of this late thing. Is in it stressful missing or being late at any event? I manage to handle it for a decent time.

Heavy traffic can indeed be stressful. Whether I am riding in a public transportation or in my own car, my mind can wander off to different things that can give me stress. From pollution to wasted fuel, to getting uncomfortable to my seat. Plus the thought of being late for school, office or to some appointment.
