i am quite excited this coming summer because we are having our on the job training!hehe at last! but I'm also nervous and a afraid because of the test and interview.. to my fellow ece's out there or anyone who experienced on the job training, share your stories about your experiences when you were to do this. thanks for sharing! i hope you can give me an advice on what to or you can recommend me where i can have my on the job training.. have a good day!

Best advice for someone doing OJT is the KISS method. Keep it simple students. Take along a note pad and make sure you write down things that you feel are important. Make sure that you stop often and ask questions along the way. What field are you training in?

I'm in the field of electronics.. we are having a hard time to find a company where we could have our on the job training because our school don't provide it for us. thanks for the reply!
