going to e spa for a great massage session where e therapists skilfully knead every tire muscles in ur body? hitting e gym to sweat it out and get agreat adrenaline rush? going for e most famous buffets where e variety of yummylicious foods fill ur tummy? playing ur fave games online and getting totally immersed in the virtual world and temporarily forgetting about e real world? a rowdy drinking and partying session with frens? some quiet me-time reading or just simply lazing in front of telly? ringing up old frens to catch up?

Well for me if I don't have time to go to spa and gym and all such as that, I simply rely on my Tiens Products to pamper me and keep me stress out. I do take Antilipemic tea which is composed of 5 great teas good for detox and relaxation. After that I also used the Comb Massage or the walking carpet for foot massage which is very effective for me. These products are TCM( Traditional Chinese Medicines) with the essence also of Biotechnology and certified with ISO, FDA, BFAD and a lot more. Most people who work does not have time to go to gym and Spa, so I do am thankful that these products can be use at the comfort of our home.

For relaxation: take a bath with hot water and bubbles, perfum, candles and reading a good magazine ^^. Or play videos game and go into another world ^o^.

I have numerous ways to destress myself. I love to go for long walks, read books, surf on the internet, and spend time with my friends and family. It is also very destressing to watch some nice programme on television and to catch up with serials. I think it is very important to destress onself instead of landing up in physical and mental problems. I think relaxation should be made a way of life and we must be happy and relaxed for as long as we can!!

I can actually think of a lot of ways to destress and relax after a very tiring working day but only few things I can do very often. If possible and if I have more than enough money, I would love to go to the spa and massage clinics. But since I am saving money nowadays and don't want to spend much for such pleasures, I just sleep everytime I feel tired and exhausted. I can sleep because my work starts in the evening and it only takes one-four hours of working a day. I often eat delicious food too when I feel tired. Or, if I cannot sleep and if there is no delicious food to eat, I often surf the net or watch television.
