Some people say that money is the most effective motivation.Others say that the more benefits they receive the more motivated they are to work or to do their task.Money and benefits is the reason of giving extra effort in their job because this is the way they feel they are rewarded.
If others say that money and benefits is the thing that motivates them there are also people who says that they are motivated intrinsically. They says that they are motivated to work when they are recognize by their boss or manager, or just simply saying " congratulations for the good job". Others says that they are motivated to give their best in doing their job because they are happy doing it, that they are comfortable on what they are doing and they feel challenge for what their boss has given them as a task.
I really wonder if how people vary in terms of motivation.

I think that in someways we are motivated by same things. It's just the emphasis we put on it or level that we tends to differ. Another thing, the happiness and contentment we get as a result of the emphasis we tend to put on this motivating factors make it looks as if different for every individual. Example,we are all motivated by money and benefits but other might consider it as the highest motivators. While for others they might considered it only as second. Words of appreciation might be the first for others and so on.

some people motivated by extrinsic reward and others motivated by intrinsic reward.
people are unique, each of us have different needs and wants.
others motivated by money or other benefits while others not.
some people for example in the work place some employees motivated by intrinsic reward. they are motivated when their boss recognize them saying to your employee job well done will make them happy...
