I really just don't know if what keeps a public teacher motivated to teach and share the knowledge they have to their students, especially those teacher that teaches in a public school.Knowing that they only receive a very small amount of money. I believe that most of them is a good and intelligent teachers because some of them graduated with honors and finished their studies as a scholar, but they choose to teach in a public school.
How I wish that someone could explain their reasons to me.
I hope I could get the answer that satisfies the questions in my mind.

seeing their students come up in the stage really motivate them to teach well...
they work hard in teaching their students to learn a lot from them.
teachers want their student to be come a better person someday they really want to achieve the goals or dreams of their student.
teachers know that education is very important for every individual.
some teachers teaching voluntarily they don't mind if they don't have salary they just want to see their students come up on the stage.
