should kids be allowed to stay in the workplace?

the computer gets lots of viruses because some kids keep downloading online games in the teachers' computer. it happens when they wait for their parents to go home. at times, they's jump in the sofa or turn on the TV when they get bored. then you just lost your focus at work because a kid just whine or burst into tears. these occur right in your office.
in your opinion, should be kids allowed to stay in the workplace or office when they do the troubles i've mentioned above? thanks ahead!

In my honest opinion, kids should not be brought to the workplace most especially babies to the age of 2. I work as an analyst and my work involves a lot of thinking. There is this one time when an officemate brought a kid, her 2 year old and guess what the kid kept crying and crying out loud about half the time he was there. It is really distracting when kids are brought to the workplace most especially the noisy and boisterous ones.

in the uk children are not allowed in most workplaces due to insurance reasons.This is because if they had an accident they would not be covered
