Mine is not. Got married when I was 29 and in our country thats a bit old for marriage especially for women. I can say that my marriage was not arranged because I chose the one that I married. I preferred that way. Arranged married is not a good one I considered though I have heard some which worked in the process.

Hi! I got married because of ~ love ~ :) And I'm so happy I am. Because for me, being married to someone I love and who loves me back is by far the best thing that ever happened to me. Before, arranged marriages were very common in my country, but that was way way back in the past. Nowadays it's not common anymore. And people marry out of their own choice. Somehow I just can't see myself in an arranged marriage. Maybe because I always believe in love in marriage and the freedom of choice =)

Mine is arranged marriage. My father registered my horoscope with some social service lady and her friend was also doing the same service with whom my would be husband's horoscope was registered.. Both of them matched our horoscopes and informed my would be inlaws.

I got married last year and my marriage was a love marriage. I live in Denmark and in my country most marriages are love marriages. There are a few arranged marriages as well, and some of the people from other countries who live in Denmark follow their own traditions (arranged marriages) Because I was born in a country where arranged marriages aren't common, I have never thought much about that option. My relatives and my most of my friends have all had love marriages, and my parents never considered finding a husband for me, instead they told me to find a person that I love.

Hi bro, I am not looking at marriage at all even though I am a single. :) I would, however, love to play cupid in some people's lives, and pray god helps me succeed in such an endeavour. :)

i think both are not bad but some times our parents not allow to love marrige mainly in INDIA and some childrens follow thier parents because they think thier parents not agree to love marriges and they never hurt their parents.so i think both are good but always check thier families where you stay your whole life.

Mine is a love marriage. We don't have a culture of arranged marriages which is why we are sometimes so terrified by the thought. My parents would not have had a clue how to arrange one successfully - i.e. look for a suitable partner. Most of the boys my mother would have picked for me I would probably have stabbed at the wedding ceremony!
