for NON FILIPINOS/ FOREIGNERS - street food, anyone?

Hey there! My classmates and I are doing this survey about street foods. We would like to know if Foreigners who visit the Philippines or for those who haven't, would consider trying the different delicious street foods here in the Philippines. Although some street foods are not clean and can bring gastrointestinal diseases, my classmates and I though of putting up a restaurant business that would sell the different street foods offered here in the Philippines. If this would happen, would you consider purchasing and trying street foods from our restaurant. At least the foods will be assured that they are prepared well and are clean, and are not unhealthy. Please please please help us. Thank you very much.
