you could donate even in your own locality from paypal to your bank then give it to your poor country men as donation.

I agree you can donate it to those organizations helping victims of natural disasters. Combine with all the donations that they get your mylot earnings can go a long way for the victims of these disasters.

It depends upon the causes that are dear to you. I think there are plenty of NGO's out there looking for funds. If you think helping in making a child's future is important, CRY or Unicef would do. If you think old people need care, and cannot look after themselves, then giving it to Helpage and the likes will do. If you earthquake, and other calamities disrupt lives, opt for Red Cross. Most of these will offer tax rebates. If you dont need those rebates, you can opt for other organizations that need funds for poor cancer patients, or orphanages. I also liked the idea of giving it to armed forces.

If you happen to know last 2009 CNN hero, Efren Penaflorida from the philippines, They have this organization helping thousands of street children to go to school. The group also uses former gang members to teach on the streets, cemetry or anywhere as long as their are street kids. This is a self sustaining organization, so they need much financial aid.

You could donate it to the Red Cross/Crescent or check CNN website where to donate your $10 - it is timely since Haiti was rocked with an 7.0 earthquake and would need all the help it can get.
