Whenever I try to make a change I do not suceed can anyone help me?

Since the beginning of the year i have tried to become a better person at heart i stopped smoking the green i am also trying to cut out some of my cursing habits i have gotten so hooked on these deragatory terms that i can't stop i need mylot's help with this you all are my community and i coming to you as a neighbor

Hang in there, kyle32! Some habits are changed with 21 repetitions, but most require as many as 10,000 repetitions to become as ingrained in us as the ones we are trying to replace. If you want it, it will happen. If you just think you probably should want it, but you don't really, it's quite futile. How committed are you?

everyone is open for the word change .. of course evryone is invited..
but then, you really dont have to haggard yourself to change your personality whatsoever in just one blink.. if there's a will there's a way .. if you want to.. it would possibly happen..
right?
you just have to make a step little by little..

I always make New Year's resolutions and this is how I stick to my goals. First think about what you really want to do and write it down. Then I write down why I want to accomplish it and how it will benefit me and people around me. After I do that, I create long term and short term goals. I track my progress daily and reward myself when I achieve the goal
