is ps2 better than ps3???

I wouldnt say ps2 is better if u look at performance and grapics because it aint, ps3 is very superior if it comes down to the nice grapics it has and performance. However i personally like the ps2 better simply because there are more games for it and i like the type of games better on the ps2. Like the baldurs gate type of games they have u wont find much of it on ps3 wich makes me sad kind of Also i find the ps2 easier in use if u just wanna do a quik game when u have a spare moment its to much hassle with the ps3, loading time is longer of games, somethimes u actually need to do an update of the system and u cannot take your save games with u if u wanna play at a friends house on their ps3. So overal seen for my opinion the ps2 is a better console than the ps3

come on.... PS3 is way better than PS2... you have already mentioned the positives of PS3 over PS2.. PS3 is an undisputed champ in India and PS2 stands nowhere near to it. The graphic advancement, the blue ray player in it, the hard disk facilities makes PS3 much much better than both of its previous versions.

ps3 is much more better than ps2.because it many additional features which is not available on old ps2.it is more advanced one.as you told that it has many features,but whatever it is games are the best entertainment .

I wont say PS2 is better than PS3 because you know that PS3 has very good graphic qualities, more memory, wireless controls, and much more. Even though PS3 doesn't support PS2 games, you can still get their new versions of it for the PS3 or you can just mod you PS3 so you can play some PS2 games. Final conclusion: PS3 rocks! :D

PS 3 is definetly better. Just think of the gaming experience you have in comparison to PS2. This should make you forget the price and non-compatiblity with PS 2.
