When I ws younger well from around the age of 12+ I was left to basically look after myself from around 3 till 6 when my parents returned from work, so what did I do at the time well I thought it was great just stuffed myself full of sugary foods, ice cream, sweets allsorts. Not untill I was around 20 did I realise the effect that it had taken upon my life I was feeling depressed often and felt I didnt really have a great grip of my own life, when I felt depressed I just ate more sugary foods, clearing a tub of icecream at a time, I realised that this was the reason why I was feeling depressed and couldnt concentrate on my life I was sending my blood sugar levels through the roof, now I am settled on a great diet and challenge myself through fitness goals I feel on top of the world and have a great grip on life but how about you, how has the dietary guidance you received when growing up effected your life today

My situation is different from yours, because my parents did the opposite thing. They were very strict, and they wouldn't let eat sweet things when I was a child. They wanted to me live a healthy life, and that is positive, but it didn't work out that way. When I got older I got my own money, and I started buying all of the things that my parents wouldn't let me eat. I bought lots of sweets, cakes, icecream and other things full of sugar. Today I am an adult, and I still love sweet things. I have often tried to cut back on the sweet things, but I find it very hard
