1. i want to ask anybody, if what is the use of this "support ticket number". This is the item that the admin. of neobux replied to me after i sent them a suport ticket message.

You can log into Neobux and, using the ticket number, see what replies admin have left to your support query.

Please keep this ticket number for your records and include it in the subject(including bracket) of all future emails regarding this issue. We will respond to this ticket as soon as possible.
