Well I would prefer to live in the middle of the city and the country. I actually like living in the suburbs. It is not quite the country we have all kinds of stores and everything else you could possibly want here. But we are not as crowded and congested as in the city. I would never want to live in the city. I don't mind visiting but I would really not like to live there, if I had to choose between city and country I would choose the country.

i have lived in all those places- from the big city like L.A to remote towns like farmersville. In each place though there are dangers. In the country with no main lights to light the road side you could strike a cow that has broken out or a cyote or some other random wild animal. while in the city you could be mugged hit by a car or what not. What really gets me though is how versitile we humans are. We can build a kind of callous to help us adapt to our new surroundings.
I personally can't live in the country. I scare myself too easily and need to be around people. I can't live in the city because there is too many people and they are mean to top it off.
I think i am okay where I am right now. Its sort of a combination of the two places but island fever sets in and here I am at mylot for sort of half baked conversations. go figure.

I was born and brought up on a metropolis, but now I live in a small college town. I've grown quite used to the comfortable life over here, say traffic is not so much, people are patient and never reacting badly, overall a good environment to live in or raise your kids. On the other hand, I miss city life and all the noise, and the busy people and streets. There's some color to that kind of life! So I would rather settle down in a suburb close to a big city, that way I can trade off between city life and country life!
