I was always passionate about roaming the world, right from when i was in high school. I used to imagine, that i will be travelling all the world one day.
Travelling to new places, and seeing new people, knowing their culture is passion for me.
By gods grace i have been to following places till now.
1.Singapore : I stayed here for 2 years
2. Malaysia
3.Indonesia
4. Netherlands: I stayed here for 4 months
5. Paris
6. USA: i am staying currently now.
As of now i have seen 2 wonders of the world 1. Taj Mahal, and 2. Eiffel Tower.
I want to see all 7 wonders of the world.
I will be probably seeing "Grand Canyon" during summer this year. I dont know, whether it is still one of the 7 wonders of the world.
Friends please share your travel experiences here.

hi vathsala
Even i have been to "Kedarnath, Badrinath, Rishikesh" all when i was 24 years old. All the travellers in that group were old, and they were saying i am lukcy to see kedranath at this age.
And i climbed the kedarnath, 14km. It is really fun.
I hope that you too will be seeing lot of places soon.

i have been to london, england. Ireland. Mexico, Coasta Rica, all over the US. Parts of canada.
My travel wishes once my daughter is out of the house is to see New Zealand and Australia. I would love to see the great wall of China. I too have seen the eiffel tower, seen the grand canyon and my only advise to you is if your hair starts to stand up step away from the edge- lightening is coming. and not to spend the night there. Take a boat ride through some of it if you can and check out the old indian markings on the rock walls.
another place i would love to see is india. I don't know why but there are certain places that call to me. same with new orleans. never been but always wanted to go.

In my childhood I went on family trips to France. At age 14 I went to Greece, at age 17 to the Netherlands and at age 18 I traveled around Europe by train after I had worked as a children's nanny in Finland. At age 19 I visited Tunisia and St Lucia. When I was age 20 to 21 I traveled around the world. I enjoyed going to the USA, Fiji, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. I visited Spain and Italy when I got home from that trip.
In 1996 I visited Malta, the Czech Republic and Slovenia. I went to Kenya in 1997 and I spent the rest of that year studying in the Netherlands. In 1998 I went to Israel and Jordan. Then in 1999 I re-visited Germany and Austria. I had a long trip in 2000 when I went to Hong Kong, Australia again and Singapore again.
In 2001 to 2002 I did another long trip to the USA again, French Polynesia, the Cook Islands and Samoa. In 2003 I visited Croatia, Montenegro and Slovenia. I went to Turkey for New Year that year. In 2004 I went back to Belgium and to the Seychelles. In 2005 I went to the Maldives. I went to Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Bulgaria and Romania in 2006.
Then my toddler son was born and I took him to Portugal in 2007. In 2008 I took him to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. In 2009 I took him to South Africa. Then in 2009 my baby daughter was born. I will be taking them both to Canada in 2010.
