Help with my Ipod 120 gb.

Hello guys does anyone know what wrong with my Ipod it turn on and work but it has 0kb of memory but it doesnt have anything its empty. i triyed restoring it but still the same.. any help ro advice what to do? thanks

do you update the firmware? if not , download the lattest from apple and update it is there was any song when you buy it? i buy 3 ipods about last 2 years and all of them having a 1 song , and one of them have video clip. good luck

no it was empty:S and it have the lates version..

if you cannot put some songs whit itunes just take your warranty card (if you have one of those ) and go to the seller , i hope you're not buy it online cuz poeple who sold broken stuff deny buyers to buy online

no i didnt buy it online its my friend but the warranty it for 1 year??
