quality education is base on what?

Whenever we think about Quality we don't know where to base it.Like if you were ask about quality education where will you based it.Does a quality education must be base on the schools standards, or reputation? Or do you base it on how much you paid for the education you acquire.
Schools have so many differences when it comes to there curriculum or way of teaching.What will be our basis to know that we are acquiring a quality education.I wonder if most of us student ask this to our self.

well if we are applying in a job, employers really depend on the quality of education you have. they will be asking about your education background. some employers based the quality education of their applicant where they studied or if they studied on a high standard universities. but i noticed that some company depend on the performance of the employee even though the employee didn't graduate in a high standard university .

i thought the quality of education is in hearts of every student,everyone wanted to be achieve in their life.but some teachers are realizing it,they have to realize that they had the responsibility to improve the position of the students,but in our Indian education something is fundamentally wrong this system, i don't no why the teachers are keep on stressing to students.
