Do you hate your job but you don''t have a choice to work with your current employer? My manager told my team today all communications coming from our department should be 110% accurate.
I THOUGHT I WAS A HUMAN BEING NOT A ROBOT!

I agree with that! But before you go quitting your job you should do what I am doing. I am looking for another job while I am working the one I hate. It sucks, but it will pay off when you have the good reference in the end. I'm always trying to freelance from home. Do not work anywhere you hate, because it will suck the life out of you.

HI! I don't hate my job! I am a teacher and have a lot of free time. A day i work maximum 5 hours and been paid as many others that work on 8-9 hours. It is also nothing so hard and i am very lucky i think!

YES, consider yourself lucky. Because at my job they told us since we are salary we can work 10 hours a day if needed. Blah

It is time for recession. It is a good thing your company asks you to work instead of laying you off like most companies do today. Doing your job properly without wasting precious paid company time is not an injustice. Making you work overtime without pay, asking you to work on holidays without proper compensation should be an issue but if it is not the case, then just be happy you have work. After crisis, then go and transfer to another company that will give you better offer. But that makes you think that the next company is better? For now, try to like what you do.

I guess what the boss is trying to say is for everyone in your department to do their job. All bosses expect an accurate report and as employees we are expected to do just that. Who wants to receive an inaccurate report anyway? The only difference is that there are bosses that are just like that "bossy" and they're just a pain in the as*s.
