have you heard the news about earthquake that almost 3k plus died??

my sister told me about the news in CNN that 3k plus died because of the earthquake in Dominican Republic! i was scared!! i remembered the movie 2012!! oh God is coming soon!! almost all the signs that written in the Bible are done! the calamities, war, tsunami, hurricane, earthquake!! we need God in our life in order to save us!

Wow! When was that earthquake? I can't remember it? Because now some people talking about an earthquake from about 7, but I have no TV and watch no news and don't know what's happening!

waa i'm so sorry my sister said dominican republic but it was Haiti!! i'm watching news today. there was also an earthquake in the philippines in some areas 5 magnitude and thanks to God people are safe

The earth quake was in Haiti and my heart goes out to them. The college in my area has a few people who are from Haiti and they are scared out of their mind because they can not contact their family. On the local news 8 web site in my area there is an actual interview. I had heard it tonight and it made me cry. It was so sad. I feel bad for those people. I am sure there are more deaths than that. I think it is great that there are charities that people can donate to help these people.

Interesting topic. I am in the us and I heard nothing of a earthquake, but I only caught our local news tonight. As far as the 2012 thing. If it happens it happens and we can not stop it. So, we can not live our life worried about it. Also if the end is near I would imagine it would happen fast and swift,and we will all go at once, like the dinosaurs. So if knowing god is were you find comfort that is what you should do.
