how could you not know, well I'll explain a little about this food. in our language is called ketupat sayur and of course you know it, shaped like diamonds and because in our own language has several meanings in one sentence in another language we might be confused to answer. You can find this food in the roadside or in small shops.

no i didnt try it before. but i have tried another one, which is called bamboo rice, from the name we know that the rice is cooked in the bamboo stick. it is quite plain, but i like it. eating with some sugar would be a good conplement to that.

I like to eat rice cakes. They are plain tasting unless they are salted flavor. They are lovely to eat and feel fairly crunchy. I think it is great to add some fruit jam or a nut spread. It can be served alongside a salad of cucumber, cress and lettuce. Rice cakes are light to carry so I usually take a packet of them on trips overseas. I take tiny pots of jam and a travel cutlery set.

This sounds quite interesting and a lot more flavorful than those dry rice cakes they sell for snacking at the grocery store. I enjoy foods prepared with coconut milk but I have never heard of this before. There is an African restaurant here that makes rice with coconut milk and vegetables and it is very good.

yes, you may be familiar with this kind of food or food that you often see in some stores or in more familiar in a certain restaurant. There are some countries that do not use rice as a main ingredient, but they only eat wheat instead of rice.

Hi may The dish you have mentioned sounds good. But I have not heard about it before and I have not seen or tasted it. So I have no idea. But our way of preparing the rice cake is different. we add coconut scrapings to the jaggery syrup and add some cardomoms. and make this mixture into small balls, the size of a marble. Boil some water with little oil and salt and add rice flour to it and stir it till it leaves the sides. then make this into small small cups and fill it with jaggery balls, close it and steam cook for 5 mts.

if you've never heard it, this form of food is like diamond not oval or round. Are equally steamed but not in minutes but it takes the longest about eight hours. Before it is inserted into the steamer, rice incorporated into the young coconut leaves. For the liquid is mixed with beef broth so that tastes is good.

I do enjoy rice cakes. They may well have a limited taste on their own, but with so many possible tasty toppings for them, it never has to be a boring snack.
