Recently, I have been facing lots of problems regarding mental torture. I have always believe that words are not feeble and can really affect a person tremendously. Lots of people have committed suicide for the reason that they can no longer face because people has given out words directing to them that are not true. Think about a situation wherein people would keep on saying or giving out statements about you which are not true. For me, this is one of the hardest things one person could face. I believe that a lie when said continuously, people would tend to accept it and believe that it is true. I think this can be helpful to a lot of people and I would like some info about ways that I could do to somehow lessen the impact of mental torture.
