Bad things happen to good people / myLot

With all the troubles already affecting Haiti, how on earth could God allow an earthquake to hit that island nation? Those people have suffered enough.

First of all, we need to realize that we can not question God who is all-knowing and all-powerful. Second, bad things do happen to all, good and bad alike. We may not understand why God has allowed this to happen but we can be sure that He knows what He is doing and that He never makes a mistake. He also is able to bring good things out of terrible happenings.
