Does anyone know if we can have old discussions ie:one's that have no responses deleted?

I'm always curious why our members want to delete their discussions when they've received no responses. Would you mind explaining?

I have had a couple of discussions that I posted and were current deleted for a specific reason. As for having old discussions with no responses I have never tried anyway why bother they are not causing you any problems but will probably get deleted by myLot after a specific time period. I am pretty sure they have some software in place to automatically delete these type of discussions.

Thank you Alice I am very pleased to hear that. As I said it does not bother me in any way to have old discussions still available. I had just thought that the amount of storage space required for old discussions would be enormous.

We don't automatically delete anything. We would never delete a discussion because of its age. :)

Discussions actually take up very little space. Besides, the disks we can buy now are - to use your word - enormous!

Unless they sre violating the Terms then there is no reason for them to be deleted.
Why not send a PM to a friend and ask them to respond on them for you?

That is a nice thing to do. Why not give the old attention seeking discussions a bit of a head start? I have done this a couple of times and it makes you feel better and help your friends find discussions to respond to. Thank you for giving such a nice suggestion,MYSD.

mene0907 only mylot admins can delete any discussion. pm your friends and get them interested in your old discussions. it
'would revive it and help you if you comment to the responses that is. you can try to get mylot admins to delete them but I
tried that and they did not delete anything .s o try getting some responses by p messaging your friends.
