Absolutely success is a process. I would like to believe that if I work hard, I will achieve something great. It would be depressing to think that no matter how hard I work, destiny would slap me back down and not allow me to rise to the top. Still, I think that we control our own fates. Our work speaks for itself. If we work hard, it will pay off. Success is something that is earned, not predetermined, no matter how much people in general tend to blame lack of success on external forces.
