Believe it or not! some people find it motivating those works that are challenging by nature. Why not? When it gives you greater satisfaction when you accomplished it. It also increases your self-confidence. While some avoid difficult task. Thinking they can't do it without even trying. It's just his morning when I overheard two employees talking about their works. The other guy said that his co-driver doesn't want to drive to Manila for he is unfamiliar with the roads. And he said how can his co-driver will learn? How can he have experience? Which is true. You will never learn if your not willing. What's the risk compared to the knowledge and opportunity. So which are you? Do you avoid or faces difficult tasks?
