Hi
I'm a guest researcher in an International Research Institute. Now I'm here for more than 9 months. They informed me that these days a reporter will come here and will have an interview with me as one of the international people here about the institute. Actually, I like to state my appreciation to them cordially.
I'm here to ask you a favor. May you help me find some friendly words and nice sentences to better describe them and their kindness? I'm not a native English. Therefore, it would be helpful if you can suggest me some words.
You may just say some words and adjectives like these: Kind, Active, helpful, ...
Thank you so much

Thank you PastorP for the comment. Sorry for my English. But I don't want to thank the interviewer. I want to thank the staff of the institute. What do you suggest to tell the interviewer about the kindness of the staff?

How about,...
I would like to thank our fine staff for making ---The Name of the Person--- feel welcomed. I greatly appreciate all that you have done to make his or her visit pleasant one.

Thank you. Seems nice. May you also suggest some good feeling single words (adjectives or adverbs) which I can use in my interview?
