Do you know a know it all?
Are you a know it all?
My Sister, and Mother are know it alls. Even if you had hard evidence, witness statements anything, you would still be wrong and they would be right!
Do you know anyone like that?
How do you deal with them?

They do say it again and again, I think maybe they're trying to convince themselves!

Oh believe me, I have known my share of people who think they know it all. The type that no matter what, they are always right and they cannot even concede just a little bit with the opposite point of view. Really, I would be better off in trying to convince a solid wall that my point of view is correct, then convincing these people. I avoid these people whenever I can help it. But, yes, I have dealt with people that I would rather gnaw my own arm off than spend a few minutes talking to. They're always right. I'm always wrong, they know better, I'm naive. Perhaps, I am naive, in trying to talk to you about something when its obvious you won't hear my side of the story.

That's very true, maybe you should just leave them to what they believe?

I'm not a KNOW-IT-ALL because I a not and I never wanna be.
I know some people who are like that and it's funny because if you don't know them well, you might say that they're very knowledgable about this and that. They want to get the latest scoop and sometimes do nothing but TALK TALK TALK. hahahaha!
In addition to that, they tend to be BROKEN RECORDS, too because I can already continue their stories just in case they want me to do so and if the price is right! hahahaha!
I have different ways of dealing with them: say it right in front of their face that they are wrong because of the fact that I know or a different opinion from my point of view or from a reliable source(the nicest way I can), tell just reply with hmmm... or hmmmm?, or "no problemo. that doesn't really concerns or affect me", and to just shrug my shoulders or have a graceful exit or make an excuse if they still wanna keep talking.
after all, they'll be quiet for a while if they knew that they've fed or got the wrong info and keep themselves certified KNOW-IT-ALL then and again.
I think they just love to talk and get the attention. They don't deserve the attention, so let's not give it to them.
