I like a strong bold French Roast every morning. I also like a bold Sumatra. I still would like to try 100% Kona coffee. (I've only had blends so far) You can order some online, but it's quite expensive.

I love flavored coffee! I actually have quite a few favorite flavors. French Vanilla coffee is always good and I like Hazelnut too. One of my new favorites is Cinnamon. I received a package of cinnamon coffee for Christmas and it tastes SO good and it makes my house smell great all day long!! I am usually willing to try just about any flavored coffee and more often than not I end up liking it!

Ahhhh coffee. One of my most favorite subjects. Caribou coffee sells Obsidian by the pound and will grind it for me. Besides Ugly Mug it is my favorite affordable coffee. Also, I perk it in an old 1950's stainless steel percolator which seems to make a difference as far as flavor. The only other way I have tasted coffee that compares to percolator is French press. The best part is, in an old percolator, you can add your grounds and then sprinkle the spice of your choice over the top, like cinnamon or nutmeg. Pumpkin pie spice is really nice as well. I would only do this in a percolator with the metal basket and large holes for the grounds. I have tried spicing my coffee in a filter coffee maker, and the spice plugged up the filter, overflowing the basket with water and making a huge mess. Another cool trick you can do with your percolator is to put an egg in the basket with the grounds as it perks. When your coffee is done, you have a perfect 3-minute egg for breakfast.

I also enjoy a cup of French Roast. We have only been drinking organic coffee for the last couple of years and have found that it is a bit less acidic than regular coffee...plus it tastes much better!
I have had Kona coffee and it is very good, and yes, it is quite expensive. I have found a few people online that sell coffee and have sampled some of their organic french roasts and sumatras and they have also been very good... and far less expensive than Kona.
All this talk of good coffee has me craving the cup we have in the evening shortly after dinner...I can't wait
