Each of us has different leadership style. Yours might be different from mine. Some might be domineering. Others might be transparent.So which is which are you? Why don't you we evaluate our leadership style. Does it make us an effective LEADER or just the BOSS? Having the power doesn't qualify a person as a good leader. You might have the power but others don't respect it. Instead it's the other way around. They are afraid of it. That's why they were doing what you told them to do.
