How do you handle the Stress ?

There are several ways to help me deal with stress, either going to the gym and having a good hard work out to burn out the frustration, anger and stress, or by having a relaxing massage. I also like to swim, swimming is good too. I think exercise is a good factor in helping people deal with stress, it works for me.

im bad with stress.
I tend to smoke more, eat more, drink more and sleep at inappropriate times of the day. I am also difficult to live with but once the tension eases so the negative behaviour passes

That does happen to me ... now i did joined dancing classes and pretty much try to take out the daily based stress, or dancing or painting... it helps! :-)

acupuncture, it has taken away my stress and helped it from returning. My mind has never been so clear.

Sit on the net or do a breath in breath out and make my mind clear of any problem, discussion..
