Why all discussions don't get same respond?

It is very interesting thing that all discussions don't get same respond in mylot !
There have some reasons for don't getting enough respond from other mylot users.
Sometimes useful and important topics really don't get enough respond from mylot users.
Usually most mylotters open a new discussion about a simple topic and get enough respond !
But why ?
What do you think that why some discussions get best respond and why don't get?

Well, they don't get the same responses because the people have different interest. One discussion, which is interesting to me, can be boring for you. Things that I don't like to eat, can be your favorite food. That's why not all the discussions have the same count of responses

Hmmm, people have different interest. You will agree with me that people have some common interests too. Do you think common discussion get good respond? Do you respond in the same topic you have responded before?
