Do you get along better with your mom or your dad? Or both?

I've always been closer with my mom. My family was pretty dysfunctional growing up (and it still is), but my dad is an alchoholic, and that deteriorated my parents' marriage. Since the divorce I've pretty much not talked ot my dad at all. I was never particularly close with either of my parents, but out of the two I am closer to me mom.

I am fortunate in that I was raised in a family where love and warmth are in abundance. I have a loving and caring mother, and a knowledgeable and fun-loving father. They give me a very happy childhood. Although now I am married, have my own family, and live in my own house, I still visit them every now and then, and spend quality time with them. It's really heart-warming to see my parents playing and laughing with my kids, just as they had been playing with me years ago.

its not that i hate my Father, i love my mother more, my father teaches me how a strong-hearted person i have become, but its my mother who pampers the perspiration and tears of life, I love them both, very very much. but then i get along more with mom, coz dad can and do handle himself all alone.

I love both my mom and dad. Our relationship is good But when it comes to girl talk Of course I go with my mom. Both of them are very kind and they love me, they love us. They do all the things that can ake us happy and I appreciate it.
