cough and cold

its now more than a month and a half that our child is suffering from cough and cold. sometimes she develops fever also and the fever shoots to 102 degrees and above. i am so worried her birthday is coming next month . she will turn two. she has lost weight and looks very slim. i am so very worried for her. what home remedies do you take when your child suffers like this. well, i hope nobody's child should have a continous health problem like this , ever.

You dont say how old she is? also is she at school or preschool/nursery? if she is that would explain it they can just have one cold after another rather than it being the same cold for a month and half.
However if she isnt, then I would consult my doctor especially about the cough.

sorry i missread that she is abot to turn two then definatley doctor especially as she is losing weight that is NOT normal with a cold. take her to see her doctor and dont leave until you are 100% with their answers
