i don compromise with my sleep.... its the best part of the day.... usually i sleep for 9-10 hours.... i have a personal best of 14 hours though..... tht was amazing.... :D

i used to have a nice sleep friend.i will get nice sleep only during night time friend.during day time i feel really hard to sleep friend.i used to sleep for at least eight hours a day.at least we should sleep for six hours a day.but many are giving importance in earning money and don't sleep properly.its not good for health if they they take a nice sleep only they can work well.

i would sleep daily 8 hours.
when in working days of my college , i used to sleep 6 hours daily.but i sleep when the boring class were held..
when in holidays i used to sleep more than 10 hours......

I dislike sleep but used to believe my body needs it so I must take onboard my 8 hours of sleep per night,in School I was installed with a question in a statement from a teacher, our bodies shouldnt really need to fully engage in sleep, just lately I came across a possible answer, take a look at polyphasic sleeping it has been trialled with the aid of medical professionals many times, a great lot of what we class as ver successful people polyphasic sleep to get the most out of their lives...starting a trial soon... Just means I can be productive and spend time with my family for upto 22 hours of the day with highlights, I see this as a big change for me but I really need this in my life to complete my balance.. would you follow this type of pattern to increase your level of success

On the average, I sleep atleast 6 to 7 hours a day during weekdays because I have work. However, during weekends when I have no work, I tend to sleep longer, around 8 to 9 hours a day. In some cases though I sleep less than 6 hours either because I really need to wake up extra early or because I slept really late.
